Manufactured as the first "professional headlamp" for diving by Orcatorch and mainly targeting divers who need head or helmet-mounted dive lights, the Orca Torch MAZU TD01 can optionally be mounted on the hand, wrist or popular action-camera bracket mounts.

The dual-colour 1200-lumen Orcatorch Mazu TD01 dive light boasts a 17º angle white (primary) beam with two low-lumen auxiliary red lights on either side and is depth rated to 150 metres. Its high heat dissipation allows the light to be reliably used underwater and for short periods, on land too.

Above helmet, head and hand mount not included in package contents.

The Mazu TD01 is designed for easy use, and a magnetic rotary switch allows quick switching between five light modes - High and Low for the white beam, High, Low and Single for the red.

It differs in design and size from the more popular range of OrcaTorch lights as it focuses on being useful for a wider range of applications.

Head or helmet mounting may particularly interest cave and sump divers, night divers, underwater photographers and videographers who often have their hands full. It can also be used as a head or hand mounted backup torch.

Powered by a micro-USB rechargeable 3400mAh battery, its LUMINUS LED white light will burn for 1 hour 45 mins on high power and over 3 hours on 450-lumens low power.

The red lights used together will have burn times of 2h 30mins (50-Lumens) and 8h 45mins (15 lumens) low mode or used in single at 25 lumens.

The torch, weighing only 136.2g excluding battery, has an impact resistance of 1m and is made of high-strength A6061-T6 aluminium material which is hard-oxidized, ensuring durability.
